It works well for coughing. At 45, I take 2000mg of vitamin C and 1000mg of vitamin B5 each morning and night for skin and immunity support, along with a multivitamin in the morning. When I experience coughing or a burning throat, I take 2000mg - 3000mg of vitamin C and 2000mg of vitamin B5 every two hours until the cough subsides, and it consistently works. I hope it helps others as well.

Great vitamin C! I recall when my friend began to cough and her voice changed; I gave her a few of these tablets. The next day, her voice returned to normal, and she didn't feel sick, which I believe prevented her from getting ill.

The best remedy for ARVI and more. Initially, the pills are hard to swallow and may slightly irritate my throat, but I adjusted quickly. Upon the first sign of a cold or whooping cough, I take two tablets, and following that, just one tablet daily. The effect is noticeable by the next morning. If my throat aches or I develop a slight cough, I take two pills, and I feel revitalised by morning. It's crucial to act early; once ill, vitamin C is less effective. I consume 1000mg of vitamin C daily at the onset, then reduce to one tablet for prevention over about five days. I am thoroughly satisfied with the impact of vitamin C on my colds.
